The Darkest Room
Everything was pitch black. Even the tiny little ray of light couldn't enter here. Should I be scared. But why?
Suddenly something occurred to me.
The light only exist because of the existence of the darkness. The darkness is what gives life meaning.
It has been us who have decided that Light is good and Darkness is bad.
It has been put into our thick heads from generations.
And as soon as it hit me, my whole perspective was changed. Suddenly I start to like the only dark room in my house. It makes me feel powerful. Because even though I'm in here there is something inside me that glows and shows me the way inside and outside the room.
The darkness is not that bad, it is as innocent as the light, but also a lot different.
Because it stays where it is, and take a step back where light enters. It crawls back to it's cave where it can rest.
As the door opens, the light meets the dark. As if they have made peace with eachother, they understand eachother.
The most beautiful, untold, unheard love story i have ever seen.
For eachother, they live apart from eachother.
It's existence is inescapable.
It just exist.
It is much more powerful.
But definitely not what we have been taught this long.
